Spinz is a brand new quick service restaurant specializing in serving Peruvian inspired whole rotisserie chicken – marinated for 12 hours in bold flavors then cooked over wood charcoal to 185 degrees in handmade, authentic Peruvian wood charcoal rotisserie ovens. The chickens are served (and shared) whole or can be ordered as a half chicken or a quarter chicken. The chicken is paired with an amazing array of healthy and unique sides utilizing ingredients from Latin cuisine. Each meal comes with two sides and a (scratch-made in house) sauce option. Our Chicken is healthy, quick, convenient and an easy to pick up for ALL Anchorage, Alaska residents!

An Exciting New Spin on Flavor in Alaska
Authentic “Pollo a la Brasa” Rotisserie Chicken
Our mission is to deliver HEALTHY alternatives to the typical night out in Anchorage, Alaska. Our delicious ingredients are sourced from the highest quality vendors and undergo our own secret processes and recipes to bring something BRAND NEW to the Alaska dining scene. We plan on putting a SPIN on EVERYTHING we bring to Alaska!

Our Chicken is sourced locally through Mike’s Meats, who have a direct relationship with Tyson. Our birds average 3.5-4 pounds in size and typically take around 1 hour and 15 mins a batch to fully cook. Our ovens are capable of cooking 36 birds at a time!
We have also sourced special Wood charcoal to ensure a unique, hard to reproduce finish to all of our chicken. Our 12 hour brine in bold, latin flavors combined with the wood charcoal are sure to leave quite an impression on all of our customers! We look forward to seeing you again!
